The colonial decor added charm, and my room offered ample space. Loved the private coffee machine too. The metro station was super close!

Beautiful old and grand old hotel, very hospitable staff at the reception desk, everything was nice. A huge variety of food for an American breakfast.

I was utterly shocked when i had to wait 10 mins for check-in at 2.50 p.m., when the hotel was practically empty! After all that, imagine my surprise finding someone else in my room! An appalling experience. Glamorous hotel? Please, more like a disaster waiting to happen.

High ceiling, large room, clear.
Expensive breakfast, no fridge.

The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from key attractions. The room felt stuffy with limited electrical outlets and some unpleasant odors. The shower had issues with water pressure, which detracted from my overall experience. The hotel offers a decent breakfast, but a bit more variety would be appreciated.

The location was fantastic. We appreciated the good breakfast options and relaxed in the cozy lounge area after a long day. Accommodating our toddler was easy in the spacious room we had.
For dads, it would be great to have a playground nearby.

The location near Place Rogier was very convenient for my work at the EC offices at Covent Garden next to Place Rogier.
Bathroom was very cramped and the room was cold.
